Raw material normally is 40CR. This coupler match with the rebar thread processed by upset forging threading machine , first use the forging machine forge the rebar end , then use threading machine to process thread on the end of forged rebar , then use upset coupler to connect two threaded bar . It is designed and manufactured in compliance with Chinese standard JGJ107-2010, UK standard BS8110, America standard ACI318, VN standard TCVN8163 and other international standards.
OEM is acceptable.
Couplers are produced by the raw material of 40Cr, correspond to international standards of JIS: SCr440, ASTM: 5140, ISO: 41Cr4.
