Rolltec thread coupler , raw material normally is S45C or 40CR, according to different rebar strength. This coupler match with the rebar thread processed by rolling thread machine , only one machine and one operator can complete the whole thread process.
It is designed and manufactured in compliance with JGJ107-2010, UK standard BS8110, Amercia standard ACI318, VN standard TCVN8163 and other international standards.
The couplers are strictly under production tested by the thread gauge and calipers.
Raw material
Couplers are produced by the raw material 40Cr or S45C, correspond to international standards of JIS: SCr440, ASTM: 5140, ISO: 41Cr4.
40Cr Chemical composition: C:0.37~0.44 Si:0.17~0.37 Mn:0.50~0.80 Cr:0.80~1.10
Ni:≤0.30 P:≤0.035 S:≤0.035 Cu:≤0.30
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength≥ 785MPa, Tensile Strength: ≥980MPa.
S45C Chemical composition: C:0.42~0.50 Si:0.17~0.37 Mn:0.50~0.80 Cr: ≤0.25 Ni:≤0.30 P:≤0.025
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength≥ 400MPa, Tensile Strength: ≥600MPa.
